How to make vetiver water for drinking
Take some amount of vetiver root, and make it a bundle with a white cotton cloth. Take required drinking water in a clay pot and place this vetiver bundle inside the pot. Allow it to sit for few hours.
After 4 to 5 hours, you can drink this water. It is a natural coolant water and it will reduce your body heat naturally.
